Flip-Flop converts some of your recovery time into wiggle percentage. Tenacity allows you to crawl while recovering and you crawl 50% faster. You can probably see why this is so good. Conversely, Boil Over can be easily countered by slugging and leaving them to die in their own mess. This lack of ability for one side to counter one annoying playstyle when the other can't is the source of most of our problems. I think Boil Over is funny when I face it, but at least I can DO something about it if it did actually bother me.
